I made an appointment to remove my implants and get a lift (I’m sure there are some technical terms for this that I am obviously not using lol). I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were friendly and engaging. The price was about standard within the market. Dr. Arslanian made me feel extremely comfortable. He was very honest and gave me realistic expectations, which I absolutely loved the outcome! I followed the regimen and all his recommendations and I am very pleased with the results. He will definitely be my “go-to” surgeon for all my beauty changes/enhancements!

recently had a breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Brian Arslanian, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I was initially referred to Dr. Arslanian's practice by a friend who had a successful breast augmentation procedure. After conducting extensive research and consulting with numerous plastic surgeons, I ultimately selected Dr. Arslanian for my surgery. My decision was influenced by the overwhelmingly positive feedback from satisfied clients, the attentive support from his staff, and most importantly, Dr. Arslanian's compassionate and considerate approach. He took the time to thoroughly outline the advantages and disadvantages of each surgical option, demonstrating empathy and understanding of my previous experiences with surgery. Having previously undergone unsatisfactory procedures, Dr. Arslanian genuinely listened to my concerns and proposed cosmetic adjustments that would enhance my confidence in my own skin. The consistently exceptional customer service provided by Dr. Arslanian and his team, whether for scheduling surgeries or smaller med spa services, is the reason why I continue to choose his practice. I’ll start with the Pro’s. The front desk staff is amazing. The facility is very clean and definitely is comfortable. The work I would give 3.5 out of 5. There are some things I didn’t like about the outcome of the surgery but nothing major. Cons: Besides explaining the procedure he doesn’t really do a good job after surgery. So if you are concerned about the way something looks he is a bit dismissive. I noticed that on my first post op appointment. If you are coming for something he has never heard of in my case he gives a lot of push back. A lot of my concerns was not considered. Was his work good sure. But I would have definitely picked someone else. We talked about the smallest cups possible and of course I knew the risk. So I was going to need a second survey to reduce more and the VA decided due to my nerves I would need removal. Because he never heard If it the office visit was awful. I literally told him if he doesn’t want to do it he doesn’t have to. Then he went on to tell me that I would need to pay upfront for it because the VA may not pay him. Even though they are putting in the consult. I waited to write this review to see if anything would change or if I would be back but I decided I wouldn’t be and found another surgeon. I would highly suggest anyone coming from the Veteran Affairs with different reasons for their surgery to find another surgery. Like I said the work was pretty good. The comfort level was not.
