Sadly, this place doesn't care about you just wants your money. As soon as you seem hesitant about doing surgery they get mean and nasty - even talk about changing your mind they try to strong arm you into being on the hook for the money. The woman that talks to new candidates plays nasty games and the women in the office seem like a bunch of mean girls in a clique. I won't trust someone like that with my life!

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Costa 6 weeks ago and I am so happy with the results! I had NO pain and barely any bruising after surgery. I love Dr. Costa’s mission of enhancing your natural beauty. The office and surgery center were both clean and welcoming. All his staff has been incredibly supportive from beginning to end! 10/10 recommend

I am so happy I made the choice to come to Platinum Plastic Surgery, All the ladies in the front office are very nice. Andrea was so nice and made me feel very comfortable that I knew this was where I needed to be. Dr. Costa listened to what I wanted and gave great advise. I trust him completely and looking foreword to more visits. My RF micro needling with Alecia have been great. Seeing results and loving them. At my age I want to age gracefully and feel beautiful all the time. Highly recommend.

I got rhinoplasty done in September, and 3 months out I love the results! Everyone was super friendly and the recovery process was much quicker than I thought it would be. Thank you to Dr Costa and his staff!
