If you are seeking a refund, good luck. As I browse through the reviews I see that majority of the bad reviews are from people not receiving their refunds. I’m going through a similar situation. I’ve been waiting over a year for them to give me a refund. I’ve been getting the same run around like everyone else. I’ve been patiently waiting for them to return my funds but but now I’m in desperate need for my funds because my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and I’m trying to help her cover her medical bills, surgery, etc. it’s hurting me so bad because I don’t think they understand the severity of what’s going on with my mom or if they are treating this as a joke. I stay 45 minutes away from the office and begged them to just cut me a check for 7k. I even told them I will show them all of my mother’s documents to prove that I’m telling the truth about everything, but still nothing. I’m running out of time and I would hate to have my mother pass away when I technically have the funds to help her. Unique aesthetics/ICON, you guys need a better system when it comes to refunding people their money because things do happen in life. The results may be good when women actually do go through with the surgery which is great but you also need to focus on the people who simply request a refund for their own reasons.

I myself is requesting a full refund when I found out that most importantly the Dr I paid to do my surgery (Dr Thomas Payne) was no longer working at this New Facility . I wanted a refund all together. I did my research on that doctor and also had friends to go through him. So I don’t feel like I’m responsible to have to give them an $1000 to get my refund. Thats not my fault that he No longer works at that facility. They said they had to set a surgery date and one was selected by the coordinator claiming she had to attach my payment to something in order to secure the promotion . I did change the date to met my needs. The last time I was able to get on the unique aesthetics patient portal was in June of 2024. At No time did they reach out to me letting me know Dr. Payne would know longer be practicing there/nor that the facility name changed. The practice is now called ICON Aesthetics. I spoke with a rep (Gabby) on 12/30 at 8 am whom started the “refund department” (Molina) closed at 4pm and she would leave a message for her to give me a call back the same day . (NO CALL BACK) On 12/31 at 8AM the facility was closed for the Holiday. I highly suggest anyone else be treated in this unprofessional manor which violates consumer rights seek legal representation immediately. Because when I call them back on the 1/2/25 Im expecting an answer and my full refund.

This is what I just sent to there email DONT I REPEAT DONTTTTT GIVE THEM LIARS MONEY UNLESS YOU KNOW THRY ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY AND I MEAN ALLLLLL YOUR MONEY BACK IN FULL IM SICK OF BEING LIED TO I TOLD MILENA I HAVE A FAMILY EMERGENCY SOMDTHING WITH MY HOUSE AND I NEED MY MONEY TO EITHER FIND A PLACE OR GET A HOTEL WITH MY CHILDREN SO I NEED IT IT WOULD HELP ME AND COME Right ON TIME DR. PAYNE LEFT SO I DONT WANT TO DO SUGERY THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO SEND ME $2400 they ask me for my banking information I’ve gave it to the twice ONLY A 1000 was put in they owe me 1400 more GAMES LIES AND SCAMS IM SICK OF IT MY HEART TO GOOD IVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT HER TODAY Hello someone email me regarding a check to be sent to me and they didn’t even spell your name right ! they put melena her email name is spell totally diffrent I’m tired of being lied to this is so sad I’ve been so patient this has been so long about sending me my MONEY it’s mine I’m going to have to take legal action with all these emails and calls I’ve been making everyday!!! I’m tired now my pain and suffering is getting worst I need to be out my house I have an emergency you all sent only 1000 I’ve read so many reviews where it’s STATING the same issue I’m having you guys saying you would send the remains balance TO MY ACCOUNT THEN I SENT IT YOU SEND ONLY A 1000 NOW YOUR ASKING FOR AN ADDRESS THATS ALREADY ON FILE JUST TWO DAYS AGO YOU ASK FOR THE BANKING INFO AGIN AND IT WAS THE SAME BANKING AND ROINTING YOU SENT THE 1000 10/24/24 how u didn’t have the back info we are just in November today is 11/7/24 I send it u saying you are having technical difficultiesWHAT!!!!!! LET ME SAY THIS I NEVER HEARD OF THAT WHEN SOME ONE GIVE YOU THERE BANKING SND ROUNTING and NOW I see where the person said ON THESE REVIEWS she waited and waited and ONLY HALF OF HER REFUND WAS SENT AND YOU ASK FOR A ADDRESS AS WELL AND SHE STILLWAITING BY THE MAIL BOX milena I’ve spoke with you so many times and call it feels like it’s apart of my daily life now NO NO please send me the rest of my refund guys should be ashamed to keep telling lies to me and people you don’t know what pepole are going through my refund been approve it’s be 4 MONTHS NOW since I spoke with JOHN from the refund department !! Was told they had to add an additional amount to my surgery because they price was incorrect and wasn’t what the doctor charges although I got it during a promo and was making payments for almost 2yrs. Waiting literally almost a year for me refund. I have to keep calling and wait for callbacks that either never happen or take forever on top of a new excuse as to why I haven't been refunded. Was told they can walk a check to Bank of America. After opening an account now it's another waiting game.
