I recently had a series of six BroadBand Light (BBL) laser treatments, and I’m impressed with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Vickie is amazing and made me feel so comfortable by explaining every step of the process. The treatment itself was very easy—like tiny snaps of warmth on the skin. After just a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin tone, with acne and brown spots fading and an overall brighter, more even complexion. My skin feels smoother, and there’s a noticeable glow that I absolutely love! If you’re looking for a non-invasive way to improve pigmentation, redness, and fine lines, I highly recommend BBL laser treatments. The results are truly worth it, and I’ll definitely be back for maintenance sessions!

Minority women: RUN! My experience with this plastic surgeon’s office was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Most of the glowing reviews here are from fake accounts set up by the gems at the front desk. As a minority woman, I felt consistently undervalued and disrespected. The front desk staff treated me noticeably differently from other patrons, who were greeted warmly and treated with friendliness. With me, their tone was dismissive and cold. On multiple occasions, they asked inappropriate and invasive questions, including HOW I COULD AFFORD MY PROCEDURES—questions I highly doubt they would ask anyone else. Mentioned this to Dr. Wiener but nothing changed. Additionally, I experienced repeated delays, often waiting up to 40 minutes while other patients, who arrived after me, were seen much faster. This pattern was glaring and made me feel like I was not treated as a priority. The lack of professionalism extended beyond in-person visits: my emails were frequently ignored, and when I called, I was HUNG UP ON MORE THAN ONCE. This level of disregard was unacceptable, especially considering the significant amount of money I paid for these procedures. While the surgeon was polite when I voiced my concerns several times, nothing changed. Complaints aren't taken seriously and they'll tell you to call with issues but then hang up on you or not respond. Despite my complaints, the same dismissive and inequitable treatment persisted. I have a (not minority) friend who referred me here and was shocked at how I was treated. Furthermore, aspects of my procedures were not handled properly, with missed steps and stitches that left me feeling like my care was rushed and not taken seriously. It became evident that the focus was more on collecting payments than providing equitable, high-quality care. I have documented all of these issues, from the discriminatory remarks to the inconsistent service and lack of professionalism, and I am in the process of seeking damages due to the blatant discrimination I experienced. If you are a minority woman considering this office, I strongly advise you to reconsider. Everyone deserves respectful and professional care, and unfortunately, this practice failed to provide that for me.

I recently had a lip injection with Vanessa, and I cannot recommend her enough! She was so incredibly patient, answering all my questions with such thoroughness, and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully show me my progress at each stage, ensuring I was thrilled with the results. My lips now have a beautifully natural look, with just the right amount of plumpness and volume. I’m absolutely over the moon and am already excited for my next visit. If you’re thinking about getting a lip injection, Vanessa is truly the one to see!

De. Weiner and his staff are amazing. I’ve had 2 procedures done that have changed my life. Dr. Weiner is a caring, compassionate professional and has always been so available to me. Post operative care has been top notch. The staff are professional, friendly and personable. The office is immaculately clean. More importantly, Dr. Weiner is a skilled surgeon and has transformed my body. I’m very happy with the results. I highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Weiner is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. I love my new breasts. I wish I had the surgery 15 years ago. I feel like a new person.
