As an immigrant in Jupiter, Florida, finding the right plastic surgeon in America was overwhelming. After being diagnosed with my condition, I spent months researching to find a doctor who would truly care for me—not just see me as another dollar sign. That’s when I found Dr. Aldo A. Lombardo, and from the very first visit, I knew I was in the right hands. He took the time to listen, to understand my needs, and treated me with genuine care and respect. He didn’t just perform a procedure; he delivered exactly what I needed with skill, precision, and heart. Not only is Dr. Aldo an incredible surgeon, but his staff is equally amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout the entire process. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this office apart. It’s rare to find a doctor who works with such passion and dedication, surrounded by a team that reflects the same values. EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED and no I'm not family writing this...I was referred by a friend who looks fantastic and the down to earth warmth from Dr Lombardo and his wife Jeanine convinced me I made the right decision. I wanted only a lower face and neck lift to tighten loose skin. I wanted to look like myself and didn't want anyone to know I had a procedure done. I was really beyond impressed by the entire staff from Robert the office manager who handles all communications to the nurses and medical assistants. The team is so professional and thorough and- from my perspective - the procedure was just easy and pain free. My phone calls were always returned, my questions always answered. I can't say enough of about this entire office: they are the real deal, they do great work and they don't rip you off (I had that feeling during other plastic surgery consultations). It's hard to find people that still operate from integrity and have an incredible work ethic, top notch skills and compassion for their patients. I trusted my face to The Allure Institute for Plastic Surgery and I'm so glad I did. You will be too.

Dr. Lombardo and his staff are the best!! I had consults with four different Dr.s before I consulted with Allure Institute for Plastic Surgery, Dr. Lombardo. They make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. When I left the office, I knew the right doctor for me was Dr. Lombardo! He replaced my 24 year old breast implants that ruptured and did a complete capsulectomy. My capsular contracture was so bad, one of the worst the Dr. has seen. I had very little pain and recovery went well. I did have some bruising about three days after surgery. Dr. Lombardo and his staff were so concern that Dr. Lombardo saw me every week until my bruising was healed. Had my three and sixth month post op a few weeks ago and everything is healing great. Dr. Lombardo is so compassionate about what he does and it shows in his work! I just LOVE him and his staff. So grateful!! I recommend him to everyone I know because he is the best!! Thank you Dr. Lombardo and staff for taken well care of me through this procedure.

just wanted to update my review, im 7 months post op (breast aug.) & i LOVE my results. I love the entire staff here 💚 post op recovery is going very smooth, so worth the 2 hour drive! The surrounding area is awesome to explore as well after follow up appointments.
