Everything I had done by him was fine except the size of my breast implants I signed for 600ccs and under anesthesia he decided to push them to 800cc now I’m stuck with huge breast I cannot stand . I wish he didn’t make that choice himself 😞

WHAT A MESS!! I called to make an appt and had to leave a message. No one ever called me back so I tried to contact the office via the website. It took FIVE days for them to get back to me. When they made the appt they informed me that Dr Robles would not be present during the consult (he couldn’t come in early during a surgery day to meet a new patient) so I met with his assistant. She wanted a down payment without meeting the Dr. Uhm no!!!! Then tried calling the office 22 times after receiving a message from them and could never could the office to answer the phone. Who in their right mind wants any procedure done by a Dr that they can never get ahold of if something should happen??? Definitely not me!!! Such horrible customer service

Super recommended, 4 years after my first surgery, I loved the results so much that 10 months ago I had another surgery, Dr. Robles and the staff were super friendly and answered all my questions, zero complications, the best experience thanks to dr. Oaks
