Not sure where to even begin with the UNPROFESSIONALISM of this practice!! For the first appointment I scheduled, they kept me WAITING OVER AN HOUR in the waiting room. I could no longer wait because of another obligation so I ended up WASTING 3 HOURS OF MY TIME (with the travel back and forth to their dreaded downtown location) and never received the treatment. They kindly offered to reimburse me $8 for my parking--so generous of them. For my second appointment, the nurse was only running 30 minutes lates. What an improvement for them! Both times, they blamed their tardiness on clients who showed up late. I'M SORRY--BUT YOU DON'T HAVE A LATE POLICY???? I'VE NEVER SEEN A MED SPA WITHOUT A LATE POLICY AND CERTAINLY HAVE NEVER WAITED THAT LONG FOR A TREATMENT FROM A NURSE!!!! The third appointment takes the cake. Days before my appointment, the nurse decided Saturday would no longer work for her schedule so everything I scheduled around this appointment--downtime/social plans/meetings other appointments etc. had to be rescheduled, which took hours to undo and redo. Then, I was told I would receive a call first thing in the morning from Jennifer at 10AM. Think she called? NOPE. AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. YOU CALL AND CALL. LEAVE MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE. This office does not care about your time or schedule or you. STEER CLEAR.

Dr. Macdonald is the best when it comes to looking younger than your years. Between his BBL laser treatments and his light and skilled hand with injectables, my skin looks better now than when I began seeing him several years ago.

I had my rhinoplasty done here in Oct 2022 and I couldn't be happier with the results! It looks natural, yet very much improved appearance. It took 30 years of disliking my nose to be brave enough to do this, but the results have been fantastic.

Anna was accommodating and took her time to explain all the laser procedures. She was patient, thorough, and informative. I appreciate Dr.MacDonald's expertise. I will come again!
