I am a healthcare provider. I recently had a first visit and lesion consult...that lasted a whopping 3-4 minutes. I want to see which CPT codes are billed once the claim appears on my insurance plan's website. Unfortunately, Dr. Oliva lacked bedside manner; he was standoffish and seemed unapproachable. He did not explain anything in detail or check to see if I understood. While the front staff was great, the clinical care was lacking. I encourage you to read reviews and research providers and ask questions to make an informed decision about your health before visiting this surgeon. Read reviews, check licensure, board certification as a minimum standard, and any professional priors.

I had a mole removed from my face and couldn't be happier with his work. It's been 2 weeks tomorrow and it's barely noticeable.

I've been plagued since middle school (I'm now in mid-fifties) with what I thought were sinus headaches. Read up on tension headaches and the use of Botox injections.
I cannot describe what painfree means to me. Doctor Oliva said three months relief - I've had six. He doesn't take insurance - and I could go through the documentation process and find an insurance participating provider -- but (no pun) - I don't need more headaches.
If you believe you suffer from tension/migraine headaches -- consider Adirondack Plastic Surgery. It is worth $300.
