Everyone I interacted with, from check in to check out, was wonderful. I felt relaxed and welcomed. Dr Ladosci was absolutely amazing! He was quick and efficient but personal and caring.

I took my daughter in for a consultation here for some acne scarring. They put us with Julia. I told her to tell me about the best option for my daughter's scarring. She recommended the chemical peel. She said with her scarring not being that bad, and her being younger, this would be a great option for a better result the first time. So we set up an appt. and had it done. She said there would be a lot of redness and peeling, etc., and told her how to care for it. Well my Daughter's face did not peel, and did not become red. It barely flaked. Her face looked the same and had NO changes whatsoever!! I spoke to some friends that get it done regularly and they said it wasn't done right and we should call them, so we did. My oldest daughter also had this done at a different office a few years back and her results were so different and much better, so we knew something was not right!! We scheduled an appt. for Julia to look at it and Julia did not even get up close to her face to even look at her face, to see if there was any change or not, she sat next to the counter in her chair the entire time, no pictures were taken there to compare before and after , and she had no care in the world that we were not happy and that it didn't work! She said well we can schedule another one for the same price and that there are specials coming up in May. I explained to her that she told me we wouldn't need additional peels because of her not being that bad. Then she said well I have no way of knowing that and some don't peel from it. Mind you, this was my daughter's birthday gift, this is what she asked for as her birthday gift of all things!! My daughter was so excited for this, had been begging me for months and months for this!!! And now she is very down about this. This is so disheartening. She has been seeing a dermatology for years for her acne and we thought this would be the end of her acne journey. Julia did not care at all to make this right and re-do it. I would never recommend this place. If I could chose 0 stars I would, but I had to pick one!!
