As talented as Dr. Bustillo may be, I found him cold and his bedside manner left more to be desired. After waiting 4 months for an appointment, I felt that the consultation was rushed and was left dissatisfied by how abruptly it ended, leaving me with some unanswered questions. Update to response from owner: With all due respect Dr. Bustillo, I do not have any relevant previous surgical history, so not sure what you’re referring to. Case in point.

I searched for years for a surgeon for my daughters rhinoplasty. I decided on Dr. Bustillo and. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. Her surgery wasn't easy and he managed to deliver an absolutely perfect result. Her nose is natural looking and will never need to be touched again. I am considering Dr. Bustillo for my future face lift based on other reviews.

the girl answering the phone is super rude, for a simple consultation you have to wait 5 months and pay $100 which is crazy lol, you can just imagine how long you have to wait for a surgery appt if thats the case. also as soon as i told her that i was okay i'll pass she hung up the phone and did not even say goodbye.
