So kind. Beyond caring. She listened to me and took an hour to explain the results of another doctor’s work. I wish I went to dr. Levin for my initial surgery!!

I had the amazing, good fortune to be referred to Dr. Levin for a lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting/transpositioning. I am only one week post-op, however, from the moment I met her and her warm office staff I knew that my care and results would be excellent. Dr. Levin is the consummate professional and provided me with all of the necessary time to answer questions and fully explain her plan. She exudes a calming, poised demeanor and her skillful procedure left me with zero pain. Additionally, Dr. Anna, Katie, Alyson and the entire staff were so attentive and supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Flora Levin for any ocuplastic procedures.

Not good at all. Waited 3 months and was met by a hostile, non-accountable, unkind front desk staff and practice manager. 3 against 1 patient? Due to their failure between phone calls and the App Klara that I could not open. It became all about me, and quite frankly, I do not take kindly to accusatory lies. I was stating facts where they failed but they had to put their failing on me. The right thing for the Practice manager to do was to speak to me aside, after all, the waiting room patients got quite an earful, and ask me where the breakdown in communication occurred and tell me she wil help fix the problem. Instead, she told me I did not belong there🤦🏻‍♀️ I left with 2 words, which were not nice, but deserving. I am not the only experience, but I will speak about mine. Really nasty and no reason Dr. Levin, this does come down to how you appear, as your staff are in your environment, under your direction. Unfortunately, Dr. Levins spin is inaccurate, deceptive and not truthful about her staffs immediate nasty behavior when I walked in the door. The girl on the left side of the desk had no business starting a hostile conversation with me. There are others with similar experiences and I stand by advocating for myself. I have extremely positive relationships with many Westport professionals, whatever type of business it may be, doctors, business owners. Never once have I experienced such hostility.

I was just at Dr Levins office the other day to see Katie for my laser treatments. Highly recommend her for all your laser needs. She is highly knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to all your laser needs . I also see Megan for Botox and my face always flawless and wrinkle free. Megan’s skill is flawless. Dr. Levin and all her staff are amazing and highly recommend them!
