Dr. Jansen and his team are absolutely incredible! In December 2022 he performed a double hernia repair and abdominalplasty to prevent another recurrence and through the whole process he and his team were very knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable and confident in having the procedure. He gave me my body and my confidence back. If you are looking for someone to help you, Dr. Jansen is a five star choice. P.s. some negative reviews mentioned not taking insurance - this is correct and I was in the same boat and that stinks but that's for any plastic surgery - anything insurance considers "cosmetic" can't be billed to them. It is nearly impossible to get insurance to cover anything a plastic surgeon does because it is nearly always non-life threatening - this is direct info from an unrelated general surgeon who fixed my first hernia when I asked about the abdominalplasty in 2020 to prevent recurrence. A front line insurance rep when you call will think it's covered and tell you so but it's not. If there is someone to be mad at it's the insurance companies. I went to a credit union and they do personal loans so that you can make reasonable payments, it was a quick and painless process.
