I was looking forward to this consultation. The staff were friendly and prompt, however I waited 90 minutes to see Dr. Franklin. I spoke to a nurse who mentioned he was busy with other patients. I had to leave to attend to my other children. I understand doctors can be overwhelmed, but I was not going to let my wait time get to two hours, so I left and received a refund for my consultation. This is just a heads up to patients who may have a tight schedule and don’t have two hours to spend waiting for a doctor to show up.

Dr. Franklin performed my tummy tuck. He did an AMAZING JOB. Would definitely RECOMMEND to anyone especially to anyone that has had weight loss surgery and needs there excess skin removed.
