I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last few years and knew I’d need a vertical (also known as FDL) tummy tuck. I had a weird and complicated body shape from years of stretched out skin. I knew I wanted an experienced plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. When I saw that Dr. Prince had a gallery dedicated to vertical tummy tucks, I felt like she was the one. She was booked out further than the other surgeons that I consulted with, but she has been worth the wait and every penny! She exceeded my expectations. She removed almost 12 pounds of skin from my abdomen. I never thought I’d have perky boobs, but here I am! She was also the only surgeon that I consulted with that was able to keep my breast size without doing implants. She was able to use my own tissue to give me the size that I wanted. This also saved me money on implants, which is how I knew she was looking out for my best interest. I went into my consultation planning on implants because I didn’t know it was possible to just use my own tissue. She could have easily went with my plan for implants and pocketed that money. She also let me ask as many questions as I wanted every time that I have seen her. She was just as excited as I was for my life changing results and didn’t make me feel stupid at my post-op visit as I was sobbing happy tears. I have received compliments from other medical professionals on how beautiful my incisions are. She is highly skilled, and I am so thankful that I chose her. I know my body shape was a challenge, but this woman is an artist who wasn’t afraid! Her staff has also been amazing and responsive! Christa and Tina have both been SO kind. I have emailed Christa so many times. She’s never complained, and she always emails me back so quickly. Little Rock never ceases to amaze me with the talent hidden here. I even looked at surgeons in Houston since I have family there, but I still decided that Dr. Prince was the most experienced for what I needed. No regrets.

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Prince and her incredible team! I went in for a Bilateral Breast Augmentation and Dr. Prince helped me discover the look and size of my dreams! I’ll definitely be going back to Prince Plastic Surgery in the future. The whole process was easy: consultation to surgery day!
