I was prescribed 3 medications for acne. But only 1 prescription was sent to my pharmacy. When I called them to clarify, they claimed that 1 of the missing items can only be purchased at their clinic. They did not mention this during my visit. So am debating whether to waste another day to go and get it. It also makes no sense. Why can I not purchase a medication from a different pharmacy? They resubmitted the prescription for the third item. This is incompetence. A month later, after multiple calls, I still don’t have all my prescriptions. Overall, it felt very rushed and unprofessional. Maybe I did not look wealthy. I see from other reviews that this is a recurring problem at this clinic. They cater to cosmetic issues versus medical conditions.
