I had never had Botox done before but I decided to take the leap with Dr. Jacobson, and I'm so glad I did! Not only was I incredibly pleased with the results, but she did a great job explaining what to expect and what areas she was targeting & why to make me feel more at ease. Worst experience with Botox I’ve ever had. Dr. Jacobson left one side of my forehead completely bunched up and the other brow completely dropped. When I went in to see if she could fix it, she was extremely hostile and said, “You have a short forehead, botox is not a good choice for you.” I told her I have had excellent results before and she shrugged and said, “Well, I can’t tell how things are going to turn out.” If she would have told me up front that she wasn’t confident in her skills as an injector, I wouldn’t have to to spend the next three months looking like this. The receptionist is nice, the office is cute, but remember: you are only spending a couple minutes in the waiting room. You have to live with the results of your injections for months. Go elsewhere if you want a practiced injector.
