Setting up the appointment and filling out the paperwork took a few minutes but it only give me confidence and they were very professional and patient. Dr. Lou listen to my questions and concerns, answered all my questions, and provided detailed information about the procedure, recovery and other details. The follow up meeting included detailed information about costs, options for financing, and answered all my questions. Very positive experience!!

The worst experience of my entire life dealing with medical professionals. I had my consultation with Katy and Doctor Lou on November 11, 2024 for a breast reduction. Great experience. Moving forward I followed up like recommended by Katy about my preauthorization. I called roughly 2 weeks later and was told Katy no longer worked there and the pre authorization was never sent and it would be sent the same day I called which was a Friday. Trusting the staff to do their job I called them 2 weeks later for an update. No answer. I called my insurance they let me know they havenāt received anything. They called the office to give the information to send the pre authorization. Til this day which is December 30, 2024 pre authorization hasnāt been sent although the patient claimed she did (before I told her my plan was going to a higher tier). So no excuse on why it was never sent. Iāve spoken to Lynn twice about this issue sheās very uninformed and lacks basic knowledge and even tried to tell me my insurance told me false information as it pertains to my insurance policy and pre authorization.
For context I have blue cross blue shield federal. Iāll be keeping the same plan for the new year but upgrading to a plan with more coverage. Katy let me know since itās the same carrier and plan just a higher tier that a new pre authorization for the new year was not necessary. Blue cross blue shield confirmed this information as well. Regardless of the fact the patient coordinator lied and never sent my pre authorization like she stated. Nothing was ever sent since November 11. Itās very evident Katy was the only knowledgeable and experienced employee in the office because since she left the experience was TERRIBLE. Almost two months being stalled on a procedure I desperately need because inexperienced and women that clearly lack the will or drive to do their job.
I was recommended by a friend for Dr. Lou and with I could have got my procedure done by him but 2 months of pure wasted time, money, and every time I call Iām getting a run around. Jesus Christ. Lynn is useless, the patient coordinator clearly doesnāt exist sheās never there.
Bring Katy back. She clearly was the back bone.
