After 41 years of having a flat chest, 5 children, I was brave enough and set aside a budget to have my ideal body of larger and fuller breasts. I spent a full years of research plus joined FB groups of my specific surgery. What made my surgery unique was that I did NOT want implants but rather fat transfer breast augmentation. I went around in person to 5 local cosmetic surgeons on the Twin Cities. I must say, even though I don't live in a huge city of coastal city, all the surgeons I spoke to are top notch with lengthy experience and high reviews. I chose Dr. Jacobson due to his professionalism and realness to see my wishes carried out. He showed me photos of past clients. He was forth-telling about how fat transfers do not have the same successful look as implants and that depending on my body, it could take more than one session. His pricing was very competitive as well. I am 5'5, 145 lbs. Size A cup with 38 frame. I have a larger chest area to fill. Dr. Jacobson noted this and also noted where I would like to get liposuction from; example my arms in addition. I'm almost a month out and am one cup size bigger. I saw how Dr. Jacobson really tried to fill out my smaller right breast and fill the upper part of breast envelope as much as possible. I really love the look at feel of the natural breast and just to have more 'meat' rounder in a spot that was virtually bone on my chest is so incredible. The icing on the cake was the lipo areas. WOW! He contoured and took so much out that it looks like I had a tummy tuck too! I virtually have no more love handles/flanks! I never thought that was possible - unreal. Truly a cherry-on-top experience. His staff are professional. Dr. Jacobson is real and straight forward, but also hears my wishes and plans to fulfill as best as he can. I would recommend his services, or at least consider the consultation when doing your research.

I went to see Dr Jacobson for a revision of my breast reconstruction. Fabulous outcome! I’m now 5 weeks post surgery and I look like I did before I had cancer! Absolutely great!
