I truly love the entire staff, and Dr Mc clellan!!! However, after a surgery and Botox and lip injections, the last lip injection after two weeks look back to normal, I called and was told that they would not fix it, unless I paid an additional 500 plus to fix them. I could not afford another injection, the first injections were high enough. So, I was so disappointed to hear that, so they wouldn’t even look to check my lips. Just said an additional 500! I’m not a nasty person, but I feel that was just wrong!

From the first visit to the last, I don't have one complaint. Dr McClellan and his staff are phenomenal. I had a breast reduction done (insurance covered.) Jenna made the whole experience so comfortable. I really am so thankful to this whole office. You really can't go wrong choosing this team, they will take excellent care of you.

I came here for a consultation and it was a great experience! I recently had breast reduction surgery and the whole team was great!! Each visit Jenna is great very knowledgeable friendly and helpful! Dr.McClellan is great he is very thorough and makes sure you are prepared for all things possible and takes his time to make sure you understand all things about the surgery with realistic expectations! Definitely recommend! Becky and the front staff are also always so friendly and helpful!

Dr. McClellan and staff were top notch. I recently underwent surgery and he spent so much time discussing pros and cons as well as a realistic expectation. I could tell both him and Becky truly cared about me and wanted me to be happy at the end of the day. The surgery center was amazing as well. All around, the best medical experience I've had to date. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, look no further, Dr. McClellan and staff are fabulous!

This has been the best experience & wish I would've done it years ago. I had a brachioplasty arm lift. Dr. McClellan is amazing, he made me feel comfortable & explained everything to me...Becky has been amazing also & so helpful..I'm so happy & I was worried about the pain but it was totally manageable. They have changed my life...I have so much more confidence. Update 08/30/24 I wanted to post an update on my progress since my surgery on 03/12/24 to now 08/30/24. I've been going to the gym and working on myself. I love my arms so much & love Dr. McClellan & Becky...you have changed my life for the better. Thank you, Tami
