My experience with Fante Eye & Face has not quite been what I hoped for. I was referred here for eyelid heaviness + ptosis correction. The office, staff and Dr. Levitt are very friendly but I have had some issues that still persisted with my heavy eyelid after the correction. My surgery also went well and the team was helpful. However, several months post surgery, they told me that they would be able to do a 'tweak' to my bothersome lid (which I read is relatively common to have to do...) but wanted to charge 900$ for a facility fee. No one had mentioned that to me when I started this process - that if there would be a revision needed, I would need to pay more. I pushed back on this and it took almost two weeks for me to get a hold of anybody or an answer. When I did get an answer, they told me that my eyes are symmetrical and there is nothing else they can do for me. My eyes might look mostly symmetrical but no one is helping to solve the issue of the persistent heaviness (which I came in and had a bleph for) and now the fact that the ptosis seems to be returning. This might be the worst customer service I've ever seen and would highly recommend looking elsewhere in town. I can't believe I paid $8,500 to be completely brushed off with the issues I'm still having after the procedure. Photo included of where the heaviness on my eye persisted.
