Dr. Karam is an extremely gifted surgeon. I'm 2 months post op and I look and feel amazing. Dr. Karam and his team were nothing short of phenomenal. The best part is that I look exactly like myself and very natural. The only difference is when I look in the mirror I look like I did when I was in my mid-30's. I'm turning 56 next week. My husband and daughters are ecstatic because they thought I would look like a different person or very fake.That is not the case. I had a vertical restore, fat transfer and a lower blepharoplasty. My scars are completely hidden. My hair dresser and esthetician have been blown away with the results. I love the fact that I didn't go under anesthesia. I woke up after surgery feeling great and I never had to take pain medication. I only took Tylenol. Overall I would do this surgery a million times over with Dr. Karam. I trust him, he is an artist and truly cares about his patients. I'm also on month number two using his skincare line, KaramMD Skin. I'm happy with the results so far.

What an amazing experience! It’s been ten days since Dr. Karam did my vertical restore with lower lids and a lip lift. I knew when I chose him that he was superb, but the full package from office to staff to a place to stay across the street has been wonderful. I seriously began considering flying in from my home in South Carolina to San Diego when I learned that he gets his incredible results comfortably for each patient without using general anesthesia. But there was no real way to know in advance to know just how well his staff would take care of me: from easy access to his surgical coordinators during the planning process to nurses who followed through on every detail before and during the procedure it’s self to a post surgical team that has not only seen me each day since, but who has made wonderful suggestions for my continued progress when I leave in the next two days. I have enjoyed each step and felt cared for by new friends who have become as close as family.

I had a facial restoration with upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer and skin pinch. The entire experience was wonderful. The entire was wonderful. Nurse Ishania helped me feel so relaxed when I was so nervous about my compression sutures and she definitely put my mind at ease. Dr. Karam is so personable and very easy to talk to I would highly recommend taking this opportunity to look as young as you feel. 10 star practice all around.
