Wonderful physician. We saw him in the ED at Ochsner Lafayette General for my son who had laceration to the eye. Great bedside manner, we had a follow up with the office, they worked with our schedule and very pleasant to deal with.

My son went to Dr. Lupo for a Rhinoplasty & Septoplasty combined surgery. The staff was very nice and Dr. Lupo was pleasant. However, the after care was lacking. The Septoplasty was partially covered by my insurance , but they refused to file, and when i ask for a detailed bill, they refused to break down the procedure to allow me to file that portion with my insurance company. The Rhinoplasty made almost no change in the appearance of my son's nose. And when we brought it up, we were told over and over... "give it some time, it will change". Well, it never did. And the only response i got from him was.. "it looked good on the table". So, get a second opinion.
