Overall great experience! As a physician myself, I did my research when selecting Dr. Portuese as my surgeon and could not be happier with my results. I was most impressed with the quick recovery. The pain post-operatively was minimal, and I went back to work within a week of surgery. Dr. Portuese’s years of experience in closed rhinoplasty ensured an efficient surgery with a subtle change and natural look. I am thrilled that I still look like me, just a better version of myself. The office staff and nurses were welcoming, communicative, and easy to work with. I appreciate the excellent care I received from the whole team.

I never liked my nose, but I didn't think it was so bad that I required a nose job either, so I wavered back and forth for years. I finally worked up the confidence to go and am so glad I did after seeing how gorgeous the results were (compared to many other doctors) after several friends had theirs done by Dr. Portuese! I've just been one month post-op, but I absolutely adore my results. He truly comprehended my concerns and absolutely delivered; they are subtle and natural. I didn't need to take ANY painkillers after my surgery, not even Tylenol. Recovery was simple. Bruising and swelling were minimal, and I felt wonderful when I returned to work two weeks later. Kudos to Dr. Portuese for the superb outcome!
