I am so pleased to share my enormous respect and admiration for Dr. Heppe and every one of the staff members at this medical facility. I was there to care for my friend having surgery. Not only was she treated compassionately and professionally during the entire experience, I was surprised that I, too, was given the same courtesy as her care partner. The appointments were on time, thorough, and informative. We were prepared with important information and immediate responses to any potential concerns we raised. When my friend experienced a difficulty, Dr. Heppe went beyond all expectations to assist her promptly and appropriately. We were reassured and comforted to know that every patient is treated "as the center of attention." I highly recommend the services of this extraordinary medical facility. Dr. Bautista performed a breast revision in order to decrease persistent neck/back pain and other associated complaints. Dr. Bautista understood that I was interested in gaining my health and strength back by relieving pain. He did not try to convince me to undergo added procedures for “cosmetic effects” during my consult as other surgeons had. I appreciated his understanding and support for my intention. Extremely satisfied with results. The office and nursing staff were very supportive and kind as well.

Update: my mother still has staph and Heppe refuses to release her file to CDC. She has tried to get other local docs to help her but they are not willing to touch her case. Original: Dr. Heppe did a tummy tuck for my mother and left MANY stitches inside of her that still have not dissolved, two years post-op. She continues to battle staph infections and fevers yet he has told her twice that she is now "cured." Today she wakes up with a stitch literally poking out from her abdomen

I’ve got the Fraxel preformed on my face with Kristine and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Dr. B prescribed me a prescription to prep as well as a numbing cream for the day of. I arrived one hour earlier than my scheduled time to allow the numbing cream sit and settle. Then, I had the Fraxel laser pass over several times and thankfully I had a cooling tube right by me which made each pass, at the more painful setting, much easier to tolerate. I’m still in the recovery phase, but it’s not as bad as a chemical peel. I have slight flaking, and it just look like I’m more flushed than usual. Looking forward to see the results over the next few months and can’t wait to go back for maintenance. Just make sure you follow the pre and post instructions to a T
