Amazing— this is the word that comes to my mind when I reflect on my interactions with Dr. Rossi and his team. Dr. Rossi made a personal connection that made me feel very comfortable with the most uncomfortable of situations (showing your body parts to people you’ve only met moments before) during my extremely comprehensive and thorough assessment. After meeting him and speaking to him and his patient care coordinator, I fully understand why I hesitated to do surgery elsewhere. Boy am I glad that I did. From the moment that I made the phone call to make the appointment until this moment where I scheduled my procedure I was treated by everyone so nicely and professionally. It’s very nice to come into an office where everyone is smiling and happy. The treatment reminded me of the “Golden days of medicine” when the patient is of value.

STOP and LOOK no further, you have found the most amazing articulate knowledgeable surgeon out there! I have had two procedures this year by Dr Rossi and not only are the results awesome but has helped my mental image about myself as well. I have always been nervous about anesthesia and surgery in general but Dr Rossi displays a bedside manner like no other doctor, he takes his time and listens too your concerns and explains the surgery too the tee, the procedure, outcome, healing process and so on. He has a passion for what he does and it shows in his work. I never even had the pre jitters which I did with past surgeries. I had new breast implants as my old ones had capsular contracture issues, too my amazement they look and feel like real breasts, with no scars. I also had a arm lift brachioplasty due too sagging and crepey skin, my arms now look youthful and defined I can go sleeveless and show off my arms after years of hiding them. The surgical center is state of the art I felt so comfortable and safe staying the night. The staff was accommodating and very professional and helpful. I owe my new look too Dr Rossi who is the BEST! Where would I go for further procedures like they say if you found the best why look any further! Thanks too Dr Rossi who is always there to answer your questions or concerns, Nicole who is so professional and helpful and too the staff who are great as well😁😁😁

I struggled for years on the decision whether or not to go forward with an elective surgery. 13 years ago, my mom walked me into a plastic surgeon's office for said procedure and we left without booking a second appointment. I knew that when/if I was ready, I had to feel at least 99% confident with my doctor. April 2020, I was in the midst of training for my first bodybuilding competition. The pandemic was becoming an unavoidable distraction. What perfect timing to get plastic surgery, right? :) A pro bodybuilder on the team shared with me her very flattering results post-surgery with Dr. Rossi. So, I made my list of pros/cons. The result: 18 pros to 18 cons(!) I booked a virtual video consultation with Dr. Rossi. He addressed all of my 18 cons with utter patience and compassion. If I was going to do this, now was the time and Dr. Rossi was going to be my surgeon. A couple nights before my surgery date, I was having last-minute anxiety. I communicated this via text to Dr. Rossi. He called me back within the hour...while he was on vacation with his family! Words cannot express how appreciative I am of Dr. Rossi's genuine empathy; it is inherent in his patient care. Dr. Rossi's high standards for detail reach far beyond the scope of his latest 3-D software and surgical tools; his keen awareness of his patients' holistic well-being touches hearts and will never be forgotten. When I showed up to Dr. Rossi's office after an emotional event, he invested the time and energy to ask the right questions, listen and show a very human level of support. From beginning to end, Dr. Rossi displayed a sincerity for his craft, passion for perfection, fine active listening skills, and a laser intuition for what had to be done. He made what could've easily been an uncomfortable process comfortable and even enjoyable :) I am ever grateful that I chose to put my trust in Dr. Rossi and his wonderful team and I truly couldn't be happier with the results and care that I received!

I cannot say enough about this doctor and his staff, from the first phone call to the post op visits this has been an AMAZING journey!!!! Dr. Rossi and his staff are the BEST. I wanted not just a Tummy Tuck, but the Snatched waist look... well I got exactly that, my stomach is so flat and my waist is TINY. Dr. Rossi is not only a Brilliant Surgeon but he specializes in Body Contouring and trust me this IS what you want. My results are staggering. Dr. Rossi listen's to what you want and he delivers, he cares about his patients, he's the only doctor I have known to give you his personal cell# so you have direct access to him 24hrs a day you are never alone. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made, I will not go to any other Plastic Surgeon. If you are interested in having a procedure done do yourself a favor and add Dr. Rossi at Changes Plastic Surgery and Spa as part of your research process and I guarantee you will be as blown away as I am.
