Just spoke with the nurse today for dr Bancroft. It was not a good experience. I won’t go into all the details, but I could tell from the conversation, it would not be an easy relationship. She seemed to be instigating difficulty. I feel if it starts badly, it continues. One needs to find a team, not just the doctor, who can be an advocate and not add more stress, especially after the operation when you are trying to heal. Staff is so important! Unfortunately, I will look for another doctor.

If you’re looking for a sign, this is the sign! BANCROFT IS THE BEST! My overall experience was a perfect 10/10. The staff is professional, polite, and very helpful in answering any questions and accommodating any special requests you may have. During my Pre-op appointment Dr. Bancroft was extremely transparent, detailed, and thorough when explaining the entire procedure and recovery. You can tell he is a perfectionist and that he is very passionate about his work. He’s the “Dr. Miami” of Houston! Ive had no complications, nor complaints. Absolutely wonderful experience. Say YES to BREASTS WITH BANCROFT!

Wow! I don’t even know where to begin... I’ve been wanting a breast augmentation for YEARSSS, but I just never found a Dr. that I was completely comfortable with. From the moment I called to make a consultation appointment I knew I found my Dr. From the front desk coordinator, patient coordinator, Dr. Feldman, the nurses, and the anesthesiologist, every single person felt like family. At my consultation appointment Dr. Feldman spent an hour and a half answering every single one of my questions. He explained exactly what he would be able to do with my anatomy and dimensions, and he went above and beyond with my outcome. I am OBSESSED!!!! I woke up in absolutely ZERO pain, wasn’t nauseous or anything. I went to 4 other consultations before I met Dr. Feldman, and it just didn’t feel right. I would recommend Dr. Feldman to anyone!!!!! Don’t look any further he is the BEST!!!!
