I cannot begin to express how traumatizing and shocking my experience with Dr. McAdoo’s clinic was. This is not an exaggerated or fake review, but an honest account of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and neglectful treatment I have ever endured. If you are reading positive reviews, they are either paid for or fabricated because there is no way this level of incompetence deserves anything close to a good rating.
Let me make this clear: this clinic operates like a circus. I’ve dealt with at least six different people since my first call, and none of them had any idea what they were doing. You can’t even schedule an appointment with the doctor until after you make a payment—you're expected to just show up, and then wait hours to even speak to him, often in between his other surgeries. The amount of time I waisted waiting at this place is ridiculous. Infinite waiting. Everything is slow. They show no concern for your well-being; it’s all about the money.
Dr. McAdoo was five hours late to perform my surgery. FIVE HOURS! Who does that for a surgery as serious as this? There was another patient waiting as long as I was to get operated. While I was there for yours, my husband was worried because my phone was off, so he called the clinic to check on me. They were rude, dismissive, and hung up on him. When I had arrived, they said they’d call him an hour before I was done… They never did! Instead, they called him and asked, “Are you here? She’s done.” Which means I had to wait for him for so long, we live far and it was rush hour on a FREEZING room, no clothes on, On a hard “bed” if it could even be called that. There was no support, and a nurse who spoke no English simply told me to stand up and dumped me into a chair, shoved me out the door, and into my husband’s car. Not a single person spoke to me after the surgery—not even a follow-up phone call to check if I was okay or had any questions. I felt completely abandoned. I was terrified and confused, crying for hours once I got home because of the lack of care or communication. It felt like they threw me out onto the street, like I was nothing. Next day I was coughing and had flu symptoms such as a really painful throat and a runny nose. Imagine having a congested chest and not being able to cough because your stomach jusr went through an insanely aggressive surgery!? a nightmare!!!!!
The infrastructure is equally appalling. The room where I waited for hours had a broken chair, and their IV warmer didn’t work, leaving my arm freezing while they gave me the IV before the operation. The cold, lack of proper care, and unsanitary conditions left me physically drained and emotionally shattered.
After your surgery you are on your own. No organized follow ups, mixed up information and no care. Prepare yourself to spend a lot of more money with nurses and emergencies at the hospital if you need them.
Dr mc adoo showed up to my follow up appointment next day after hours waiting, drinking a mc donalds coffe!!! Disgusting.
I remember being 3 weeks post op, it took them 2hours to see me. I got a complication called soroma and he didnt do a good job extracting the fluid at all, got home and still had them so my friend who is a nurse helped me out. One of my wishes was getting my hip dips done, I still have them… he only transferred fat to my glutes. Honestly for what I paid for, Im still gonna have to workout a lot to get to the results I want.
Ladies, I understand the appeal of lower prices, but your life and health are worth so much more than this. Please, do yourself a favor and choose a clinic that respects you as a person. I feel embarrassed for doing an operation with this clinic. Don't settle for this kind of treatment. Your body and well-being deserve so much better.

I love him he is really an expert at what he does. He changed my life about 6 years ago. I went to get another surgery with someone else for something else and the surgeon even said he did a great job. He is wonderful and knowledgeable. Thank you ♥️
