Over the last 2 years, Dr Andrew has helped me to lose a great deal of weight while working to ensure my muscle loss is kept to a minimum. I feel 10 years younger and it shows! When I tell people I am 53 they don't believe me! Dr Andrew is a real encourager and when I start to hit roadblocks on this journey, she knows just how to get me back on course.
