Today is 03/06/2025. Walked into the office and was bot greeted or acknowledged. What horrible and terrible customer service. If you want to feel unwelcome, this is the place to be. I do not recommend this place to anyone due to the customer service received.

Don't give up hope on your situation, consult Dr. Ducic. Compassionate & deeply caring, he's an amazingly highly skilled surgeon w/impeccable skills & 30+ years of experience: NOTE: When you're calling the phone number of the practice, PRESS OPTION 2.
Dr. Ducic was kind & listened carefully without interrupting while taking my history. He described realistic potential outcomes. I had tarsal tunnel syndrome & lower leg problems. I'd consulted many doctors over the decades (rheumatologists, orthopedists, physiatrist, physical therapists, etc) who provided no relief & never suggested consulting a nerve surgeon.
My overall health suffered as I couldn't walk/bear weight correctly or exercise as I should.
Outcome of surgery: Amazing! Immediately after surgery Dr. Ducic had me bear weight on my foot. As soon as the nerve block from surgery wore off, I realized all the pain was GONE. For the first time in decades I was able to put full weight bearing on my right foot w/out feeling as though I had a straight razor going through my heel.
Sutures were put in so skillfully you really can't see the scars now (a year or so out). He's a phenomenal plastic surgeon on top of his other skills.
Migraine relief: Migraines plagued me for decades & were debilitating to the point that I almost couldn't work. Bilateral nerve decompression was performed & provided the relief I never thought possible.
Morton's neuroma: I felt like I was stepping on tacks. Dr Ducic performed nerve surgery to relieve pain from the neuroma.
Bedside manner: Before being wheeled back into the operating room, Dr. Ducic came in & spoke kind, encouraging, positive words that relieved pre-op jitters. He called later that day to check on me & again the following morning.
I've never met a doctor who was more caring about his patients. He's very candid & forthright; I really appreciate that. He also has wonderful sense of humor. People fly in from across the US & from other countries. He's performed surgeries for decades, giving thousands of patients relief.
His staff, office manager Inga and nurse Melanie, are just as caring and supportive as he is. They try and get you in as quickly as possible. By the way, there is free parking out front.
The McLean ambulatory surgical center is located just 50 ft from his office on the same floor. The care at the surgical center is a 10/10. It is a clean, calming environment w/kind, professional, friendly staff. The staff at the surgical center called me the morning after surgery to check on me & review my postop care. They are diligent in ensuring your safety & reviewing all the check points prior to beginning surgery. It was better than any hospital I've ever been in. There is a very nice waiting room for family & friends or whoever is accompanying you.
