I’m typically hesitant to write reviews, especially after something as significant as a rhinoplasty, since it takes time to truly see the final results. That’s why I decided to wait until the six-month mark to share my experience. And here we are! Now, six months post-op after a complex rhinoplasty revision, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. My primary rhinoplasty with a different surgeon was a disaster, leaving me feeling extremely anxious about undergoing another surgery. But I’m so grateful I trusted Dr. Glasgold with my revision! I did extensive research before choosing Dr. Glasgold, including Reddit, RealSelf, etc. I even had a consultation with another surgeon in NYC who was familiar with Dr. Glasgold’s work and wholeheartedly recommended The Glasgold Group. From the beginning, Dr. Glasgold was incredibly honest and set realistic expectations. He never promised anything he couldn’t deliver, which was deeply reassuring. The recovery process was a bit challenging, since I didn’t have anyone with me at home, but I can’t thank the team at the office enough for their constant support. Dr. Glasgold, Jessica, and Rosa were always available to answer my questions and ease my concerns, whether it was through a text or a call. Their kindness and professionalism made a world of difference. They are all truly phenomenal. Now that I see the (almost) final results, I am absolutely thrilled with my new nose. Dr. Glasgold is truly a master of his craft, and I am so thankful for his expertise. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to trust him!

I had a consultation with Dr. Robert a couple of months ago, and the experience was exceptional. From the start, he was incredibly comforting, genuine, and attentive. He took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the procedure and answered all of my questions in detail. I also contacted the office several times with questions unrelated to the consultation, and Dr. Robert personally reached out to me the same day each time. His commitment to ensuring I felt heard and supported truly stood out. The overall experience at the office has always been great. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional. If you want to throw your money in the trash and look terrible, then go to this doctor, my three friends and I had problems after operations, for a lot of money, besides for the doctor's mistake and its correction (not good for all of us!!!!) he took money from us again, from everyone, he once worked well 10 years ago, but now it's just terrible, think carefully before you disfigure yourself for big money
