My daughter came in to have lab work for the very first time. Antoinette was absolutely amazing, sweet, and so patient with her. She is definitely good at what she does and cares a lot about her patients. What a beautiful treasure she is!

I have bloodwork taken approximately every 3 to 4 months. My experience With Antoinette has been excellent. She is a great phlebotomist. She puts you at ease she is very friendly and helpful. She does the greatest job when drawing blood.. I used to hate having my blood drawn, but now It Doesn’t phase me at all? I am just always happy to see this sweet lady and she could take all the blood she wants from me.

Wrong number is posted. A lady from another department forwarded me to what should be their number, but instead it rang out for +2 minutes.
Edit: they reply with the correct number promptly. Review changed to reflect this. Thank you!!

I just want to give a big shoutout to Gloria! I went in for some blood work first thing in the morning. She struggled to find a good vein (not at all unusual with me). She tried first in the back of my right hand, but it didn’t work. Next she went in my left elbow, again no blood. The entire time she was apologizing, even though I was reassuring her that needles don’t bother me and that it was completely fine. I told her that one of my doctors who does in-house lab work has to go between two knuckles on my left hand. She asked me if I was really okay with trying that. I assured her that I was and as soon as the needle went in, the blood started flowing and she was able to get all three vials that she needed. Gloria was kind and compassionate and just very sweet. I hope she sticks around for a long time (and give that girl a raise! I am not an easy stick AT ALL and she didn’t lose her cool or get frustrated or anything)!

I never mind going here for bloodwork. The staff is friendly, and I've always been promptly treated. They make getting poked by a needle as pleasant as it can be! LOL
