Positive Aspects: Dr. Turk and his amazing staff were incredibly attentive and caring throughout the entire process. From my initial consultation to the postoperative follow-ups, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Turk took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and expertise, which really helped alleviate any anxiety I had. The facility itself is modern and welcoming, creating a soothing environment that made my experience even better. I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire team, who truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported every step of the way.

Turk is good salesperson and intelligent, end there. After care was not what we expected. The office staff is all cleary working for plastic surgery and they are rude after evrything is paid. They were so friendly during consultation but once they get your money, nice stops.

Dr. Turk performed a breast reduction and tummy tuck. I was very happy with my results. He is a compassionate and caring person. He has a great bedside manner and treats you as if you are his only patient. He is very patient and will answer all your questions. The staff is fantastic and will go out of their way to accommodate you. I would highly recommend Dr. Turk for all you cosmetic/plastic surgery needs.

The office is efficient and friendly, the staff is superb and the operating room was state-of-the-art! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! I went in for Fraxel and they presented BBL as an option so I relied on their expertise. I got zero results and they said they told me I wouldn’t see results and that I insisted on getting the BBL treatment anyway. Nonsense! Then they hand me a quote for thousands of dollars for Fraxel that they say should work because the BBL did not. It is, without question, that I would have not proceeded with a painful procedure if I had been told it wasn’t going to work. I’m awaiting a call from Dr Turk to resolve this grave misunderstanding. Will keep you posted! A follow up call was made by Cyndi, the receptionist, not Dr Turk and Cyndi told me that Fraxel or BBL will not work ion my skin and reiterated that they told me the BBL would not work at my first treatment. It’s interesting that they gave me a quote today for Fraxel and now saying my skin will not respond to Fraxel. Let me add that I had previously had BBL that had worked so using it again made sense. There is no logic to how they are responding to this situation and now out thousands of dollars later, they are not communicating and trying to make this right. I suggested a credit to be used for product or other treatments that will be beneficial such as facials etc. CUSTOMER BEWARE!
