I've gone three times now for my ears and worked with Dr. Egan. He's excellent and discovered an issue with my nose during this process, which I'm also having addressed now. I'd recommend this location for ear or nose needs. I've gone for purely medical reasons, not cosmetic plastic surgery reasons.

Busy place. Makes appointments it can't keep. I scheduled nearly 1 month out for an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. Sat in the lobby for 40 minutes past my appointment. Had to leave to get back to work without seeing anyone. Zero communication from the front desk and the receptionist looked very tired. This place doesn't value your time - go somewhere else!
