Impossible to get an appointment to see her even though I called her office multiple times. She no longers see patients, but in paper she does. The referral has her name, but a "male doctor" Dr.Chan is the one that sees patients and delivers the babies. Her office is very shady.

Dr. Kent is a very professional cosmetic surgical doctor in helping me get my double eyelid done. She was very precise and careful during the surgery and I got the beautiful big round eyes I’ve always hoped for! Very appreciate of her help and nice job done! I looked so beautiful now and been getting a lot of compliments from people. :)

Dr Kent is in one word AMAZING I’ve had Juverderm done by some of the biggest plastic surgeons and not one of them hold a candle to her Dr Kent not only took time in applying Juverderm to the lines above my mouth and now they are completely gone Most importantly she gave me such a natural look. I highly recommend her excuse me I promise you will not be sorry.

Im sure the services are great but services like this are all over LA so go ahead and find a nicer office for yourself! I didn't even get to see this doctor for my gyno appt because I called to reschedule and the very rude person answering the phone had absolutely no customer service, wasn't helpful, and refused that I even have an appointment there. This is an office that my primary doctor referred me to and I know for a fact that I made an appointment (maybe this is their office not doing their job correctly). Anyways, my referral is being changed immediately. To the women that picked up the phone, this isn't your cell phone and maybe you should talk to people nicer because I was SHOCKED. Cutting off a patient while talking, raising your voice, laughing, and not even trying to get a new appointment set up for me is not the move. It took 2 calls to see that this office and their staff are a complete mess. Do better.
