My experience with Meadows Plastic Surgery was great . I was very scared before the surgery, but they took a really good care of me. I felt like I was a part of their family and not just another customer. The staff made me feel comfortable and secure . Alexis and Julie answered all my questions before and after surgery. The communication was always great.

So I didn’t actually have my procedure through Meadows, but that was because they thought my case would be better handled by another plastic surgeon who works out of Schaumburg (Dr Brad Ashpole). I am so grateful for the care I received, and the fact that they wanted me to have the best possible outcome even if it meant losing my money and sending me elsewhere. Speaks volumes about their ethics. You are in good hands at Meadows, they do a great job but put the client needs and the end result ahead of the money. They were more worried about my happiness than their pocketbooks and if I ever decide to have another procedure, I’ll call Meadows first because I know they’ll hook me up!
