He took the time to listen to my concerns, made suggestions on what would work best and explained in detail the procedure and made sure I fully understood the process. The staff was very friendly and professional as well. They made you feel very comfortable.

Most important to me is integrity and honesty. Instead of upselling me Dr. Gopal and I discussed less drastic first steps for me as to weight loss. He also recognized I would be better served by a colleague for another issue. I trust him and will refer people to him due to this.
