I’m a parent who took my daughter to Dr. Goggins for breast augmentation. He was the kindest, most intelligent and explained so thoroughly. He did the most awesome job, no scarring and looked exactly liked she hoped for, the staff was so nice . I recommend him highly. I have never been to an office where I loved the staff & Dr. so much.
