Insurance department seems to be incompetent. Attempted to collect thousands thr morning of surgery without any notification stating deductible is met. Tried to show proof deductible had been met for months. Ended up canceling. So not only no surgery but also lose of work for no reason just to have to reschedule once they get their stuff together
