booking the appointment was easy and the pap smear itself went well. however the receptionist i believe her name is nicky, was very rude and i can tell she didn’t value my concerns as customer and the services i require. it took me having to continuously follow up with the office to get what i needed. i had a simple yeast infection and was prescribed medication. i never once received a call, text, or email notification about the diagnosis or the medication to relieve my symptoms. i had to keep calling the office to get one little pill and the excuse nicky gave me was “dr. kwasi is in ghana… you’ll just have to wait” but why didn’t he handle that before leaving for his trip? at least simply INFORM me. i wouldn’t have known if i didn’t check and every other medical office i’ve ever been to calls you when you have abnormal test result(s). i was promised call backs I never received and was always given an excuse with lack of empathy and accountability. dr. kwasi is nice but the office could be ran more effectively and caring. if you end up having something this is not a place i recommend because trying to get treatment feels like you’re trying to schedule a meeting with the president or something. they want a quick check for your initial appointment but the follow through is chaotic, stressful, and entirely too time consuming for something so simple, so can't imagine if i actually had something serious and time sensitive.

I made an appointment for my yearly women check up and was overall satisfied with my visit especially with the receptionist Nicole. However a month later after my appointment I began to experiencing signs of a heat infection which I thought was odd due to not getting a call back with my results from my prior appointment. I upon myself to check my patrol log in I received results of yeast infection/bv it was indicated that Dr. Debra put in a prescription however I never got a notification from my pharmacy nor a call from him like he said if it’s issues with my results. Yes a yeast infection/BV may be a minor results to some people but I would have appreciated at least a phone call with the information.I’ve called the office twice to check the status of the birth control I requested and Ms.Nicole was very helpful with all the information she provided it’s just the doctor that seems to drop the ball somewhere with the communication and putting orders that I dislike. I had to get treated from another office for my yeast infection symptoms and was able to get an appointment the same day for my birth control.

I have been going to the doctors office for years i mean over 10 years and I’ve never had an issue with Dr. Debra. Nurse Nicole is the best nurse and front desk representative he’s had since I’ve going there. They’re very professional and kind. He’s always handled my health with care and nurse Nicole always keeps me up to date with appointments and any medication I may need. When my own pharmacy mess up my prescriptions Nurse Nicole makes sure they’re right. I will continue going here because i won’t find a better place.
