Getting a facial at Dr Kim's office feels like you walk into a 5 star hotel. His terrific staff, Tracey, office administrator comes running with hugs. You get informed on what the process will be, what to expect, and recommend skin care. I highly recommend Dr Kim's office!

I’m an actress and while still young, being in an industry where looks are prioritized can make you feel insecure. I went in at my lowest point for a virtual consultation. I wanted a BUNCH of surgery and the staff kindly but pointedly told me no (mostly Tracey, she’s the best at being honest and not pushy!) They informed me that I didn’t need that at this point and offered me options. After six months of agonizing over it, they gave me a call to check in and knew I was making lists and worried about moving forward. At no cost to me, I came in just for a conversation and in person consult. The staff was amazing! I was nervous and they all (Brittany, Tracey and the other amazing woman who helps assist with surgeries etc, I am blanking on her name, I’m sorry!) came back just to chat with me. They checked in, changed the music if I wanted to hear something else and truly went above and beyond for me. They remembered details about me and things I said that weren’t even in notes from months and months ago. Also the office dog is worth the trip from anywhere in the DMV, so adorable! The staff is the best I’ve ever encountered and the NP, Nesa, who does the non surgical procedures is a true artist. She is gentle and kind and makes you laugh the whole time.The whole team is a riot and makes you feel right at home! They never force you to get anything or try to upsell you, don’t offer unsolicited advice or recommendations and are honest with you. I previously had a horrible experience at a medspa (nothing wrong with them! Just my personal experience!) and after the care, skill and genuine joy I feel in my results, and even how excited the staff are when I say my name over the phone and converse with me like old friends, makes this a priceless experience. They truly make you feel beautiful even if you choose NOT to have anything done. They make you feel worthy and beautiful as you are and anything you want is just extra. It’s been a major boost to my confidence. I haven’t taken pictures in years and finally took some confidentially this week and was so happy with how I looked. I will never go anywhere else!

I went to this clinic with high hopes of finally treating my acne scars after spending thousands of dollars on 6 treatments. Unfortunately, after all that money and time, I saw absolutely no improvement. The clinic made promises that they could help remove my scars, but I feel like it was all a ploy to get me to keep coming back and spending more money. I left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. They did not deliver on the results they promised. Don't fall for their smooth talk or flashy marketing. It’s clear they care more about getting your money than actually helping you. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache—there are other places out there that actually deliver results.

Highly Recommend!! I recently had to undergo reconstruction with Dr. Kim due to a previous error made by another doctor and Dr. Kim was very patient and precise. He not only fixed the problem but the outcome came out beautiful with a natural appearance. I would also like to mention how wonderful Tracey and the rest of the staff are as well. Dr. Kim, Tracey and staff treated myself, husband and kids like family. We live out of state and by the time we got home, my youngest child had realized he had forgotten his teddy bear at the hotel near Dr. Kim’s office. Tracey went above and beyond to make sure we had the teddy bear back in our possession within a few days. ❤️
