I had a remove and replace breast surgery in May. The doctor had down breast augmentation for me almost 30 years ago. His work was perfect. I woke up one day and my right breast was deflated. I’d had the implants for years and we were surprised they had lasted as long as they did. Since Dr. Chattre had done such a wonderful job before I wanted him to remove old ones and replace. So we did that in May 2024. I went to all my follow ups like I was supposed to. I started noticing my right breast was hot all the time to the touch, itches like crazy, and has sharp stabbing pains, my nipple is sucked in like it is deformed and the right breast looks oddly shaped. It is hard to the touch yet when I touch it I have hardly any feeling in it. I’ve gone to the office several times complaining about it. I paid 5, 000 to look worse than when my breast was deflated at least then if I was hanging out at home with just a tank top on and no bra you could tell I had nipples now I look like I’ve had some kind of mastectomy or something. The last time I went to the office complaining about symptoms and looking had been reaching all the symptoms. I have a grade 4 encapsulated implant that requires surgery to correct. Yet when I was there last the doctor suggested I massage that breast and it may just magically have the nipple pop back out that is sucked in right! That would really hurt it that happened . I would love to post a pic of this deformity that I paid good money for. The worst of it is I just get dismissed told to go home and massage it. The nurse that took me to exam room suggested I go get the niplple pierced and maybe that would make nipple not look so sucked in. This encapsulated implant probably could get corrected with massage if it was stage one which usually has no visual effects but stage 4 requires surgery to fix. I feel ugly, depressed for spending all that money to look deformed then to top it off instead of telling me this happens sometimes and that my implants have a warranty that pays for replacement with Stage 4 encapsulated contracted implant I was dismissed and told to massage it. I don’t even like to barely touch it because it just feels weird. Numb in some place hard as a rock and lumpy in other places. I don’t know what has happened to this doctor to become so aloof 20 almost 30 years later from first time I went to him. I use to think he was a God.

Jan 30, 2021 I went in for an After Weight loss Breast Lift. I lost 80 Lbs. and the original implants he did were no longer under the muscle. Which I knew was a possibility. However, he did Not Remove the excess skin. Instead of 480cc, he made me 605cc. Took a short cut that has physically cost me ever since. Including nerve damage in my left nipple, Left breast and right breast look totally different, nipple in now at the top of my breast. Have to wear pasties because my Bra no longer covers my nipples. I am super scared up with left over remanence of my old areolas. The weight of over 650cc is horrible on your back. I have back issues from being a local stylist for 30yrs, I would Never chose bigger. Aug 30, 2021 paid again to remove the extra skin. Skin still not removed. Made me bigger again except wont verbally tell me the cc. Will only say same as before. My bra is now an E. Was supposed to be large C, small D. Find me on Tiktok Mightyj.
