Dr. Flores and his staff was absolutely amazing!!!! Since my consultation they welcomed me as if I was family. Surgery day, I was sooooo nervous. They calmed me down so much as all our conversations was like if I was talking to my family. 12/10/2024. I went back to do my massages every day and again was welcomed by all the girls with so much grace. Dr Flores would see me in the waiting room and would make it a point to come see me and give me a kiss and ask how I was doing. I am 3 month PO and I love my belly button, my tummy tuck and my MR. I recommend him 100% and will do this over and over if needed. Staff and doctor hands down was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!

Also see reviews on Google under the business name, “Flores Plastic Surgery”. Dr. Flores performed a septoplasty, cartilage grafts, and rhinoplasty to correct a bump on the bridge of my nose. Just before I was taken to the operating room, Dr. Flores expressed his intention to make it to the gym before it closed after completing my surgery. This was NOT something a patient wants to hear from someone about to operate on their face. Even worse, he left the hospital before I woke up in Recovery, which is not ok and unusual for me since I’m accustomed to surgeons being present when I or my family wakes up to discuss the surgery, offer comfort, and provide reassurance after a major procedure. Unfortunately, the apex (tip) of my nose became significantly off-center after the rhinoplasty, necessitating a revision procedure. My nose was perfectly centered before the surgery. When the tip of a nose is off-center, it appears curved. While I acknowledge that Dr. Flores fixed my breathing issues, I am super disappointed with the final outcome of the rhinoplasty portion of the surgery. The misalignment is extremely evident, especially in photographs. I felt really rushed during my follow-up appointments. It seems like Dr. Flores takes on way too many clients and he literally spent 5 minutes with me before hurrying me out. He was patient with me during the consultation but became completely impatient after the surgery and during my first couple of follow-up appointments. I felt so rushed that I didn’t even bother going back for the last few follow-ups. I definitely do not recommend this facility after my terrible experience and a now very crooked nose that’s going to cost me as much as the original surgery to fix. I absolutely love Dr. Flores! He is a surgeon who genuinely cares for his patients and their well-being. I went to him with a vision of how I wanted my body to look and I turned out even better. I am so grateful to him for giving me the body I love and show off😜. If you weren’t born with it, buy it… and Dr. Flores is the best person to get it from.
