Dr Mills is an excellent plastic surgeon! I had my original implants done 21 years ago with no real issues - even though towards the end of that time my left breast capsulated and the ultrasound determined a rupture at the top. Dr Mills performed my 2nd implant surgery at 75 yrs old along with a lift - he did an amazing job and I had the latest gummy bear material for the implant and I am 100% satisfied. The second surgery literally had minimal pain. It has now been 1 yr later. I highly recommend Dr Mills for any of your plastic surgery needs. He is definitely a perfectionist!
