I had a consult appointment today. I arrived 20 minutes early and have been sitting in the waiting room for nearly an hour past my appointment time of 2:45pm. No one at the front desk acknowledged me to apologize for my inconvenience of having to wait so long to be seen and was brushed off when asked how much longer it would be before I am seen. This is ridiculous 😒 😡🤦‍♀️ If I were paying out of pocket for my consult, than maybe I would have been seen on-time.

Dr Vincent has been absolutely fantastic. He has a great bedside manner very friendly very patient and willing to answer all of your questions even the really stupid ones you got off of your Google search. His work is absolutely perfect and his follow-up after surgery has been fantastic.
