Terrible with time. Currently sitting with my girlfriend for the past 2 hours in waiting for a doctor. Now currently been waiting over 45 mins for a bottle of water to take meds.

Where do I even begin? From start to finish, everyone involved in my experience made it a 1000/10. The office was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. The front desk staff were super friendly and everything was well-organized. Drea, the manager, was so kind and stayed with me every step of the way. David and the other medical assistants checked in on me constantly, making sure I was okay and helping me feel comfortable throughout my labiaplasty and fat transfer. They were all knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel judged. Dr. Ammar is hands down the best surgeon I’ve ever had. He was so patient, answered all my questions without rushing, and really took the time to explain everything. I felt completely at ease with him. The whole team made sure I was comfortable, and the pain has been very minimal—I'm just one day post-op and barely feel anything! This place is amazing, and I can't recommend it enough. You're not just paying for a procedure, you're paying for outstanding care and customer service. Thank you to everyone who made this experience so easy and comfortable for me! They also made sure to check on me after surgery to ensure i was doing okay which i really do appreciate!

I had a great experience with Dr Ammar Mahmoud he made the process comfortable and made sure everything was okay at all times . Nurse Drea was wonderful she was extremely kind and all the staff is just extremely nice at the office both NJ and NY office
