Update-2025 I would definitely recommend the Morpheus 8 treatments. My areas of treatment have been face and neck. It made my skin look and feel significantly younger, firmer, brighter, and healthier. It’s amazing but will say it’s painful (I’m a baby)and you need to be prepared for no makeup for several days if that is an issue. I will do a treatments again and considering other areas like stomach for skin tightening. Update 5/30. My husband commented recently that my skin and face look amazing. Nurse Beth listens to my concerns/questions and I always leave feeling great. The best Med Spa in Joplin!

My wife and I both have been going to Manigas Cosmetics for a few years. We receive the very best care from Dr. Maningas. He takes time with his patients and is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled plastic surgeon I've ever saw. Nurse Beth is the best and Morgan always makes you feel welcome and right at home. My doctor sent them a referral for me almost 2 months ago, no one has ever called me . I ha e left multiple messages and no one ever calls me back . You literally can not get ahold of anyone at his # . Very poor service !!!
