I was told that this doctor took my insurance. When arrived at his location coming from Chattanooga I was a little late but I called and told them. I was told it was ok. I filled my paperwork out and turned it in I was called back and a was talked to about how things would go and left out. When The doctor came in he sat down and immediately started telling me in a really rude way that my insurance wasn’t going to cover the surgery after I was told it was.I wouldn’t have made that long drive there. He told me it would cost 10,000 dollars plus other charges and told me how he would perform the breast reduction surgery really fast I could tell I wasn’t welcomed there I felt out of place. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to a dog let alone another black person!

I have had several procedures done by Dr Hoops. skin tags removed, questionable spots checked and the biggest was carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. Dr Hoops is a hand specialist. Dr Hoops is a very good and compassionate doctor with a great bed side manner. i would recommend Dr Hoops and his staff to any of my family and friends!
