I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Dr. Nguyen, and unfortunately, it was the complete opposite of the positive reviews I read before deciding to move forward with him. From the very beginning, Dr. Nguyen seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to truly understand what I wanted. He didn’t offer any thoughtful recommendations regarding the best sizing for my body type. After showing him some photos for reference, he simply said he would try to accomplish the look I was going for, but that was it. I trusted the process, hoping the outcome would be positive, but I ended up feeling very unhappy with the entire experience. On the morning of my surgery, I received a call saying my appointment was delayed by an hour. When I arrived at the facility, the surgery didn’t even happen until three hours later than originally scheduled. Dr. Nguyen never apologized for the inconvenience, and that just added to my growing frustration and unhappiness. After the surgery, I was extremely unhappy with the results. The size and shape of my breast augmentation were nothing like what I had envisioned. I felt completely let down. When I voiced my dissatisfaction at my postop appointment, Dr. Nguyen suggested that if I lost weight, the implants might appear bigger, which was never mentioned to me before the surgery. Had I known this could be a factor, I would have made a different decision or sought another surgeon. In the end, I am still looking in the mirror every day, feeling unhappy with my results. I regret not having been given more guidance or advice from Dr. Nguyen before surgery. I feel as though my concerns were ignored, and my unhappiness was brushed off. The amount I spent on this procedure and the lack of care I received does not seem fair. I am incredibly unhappy with both the process and the results, and I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone based on my experience.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are amazing. I went to heavenly plastic surgery to have 12 year-old breast implants removed and a lift. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and understanding to my desires when we had the consultation. From the days leading up to the surgery to the weeks post surgery, everything has been a wonderful experience. His staff is very responsive and professional to their patients. All of my follow ups with Dr. Nguyen have been great and I am so glad I was referred to him, even though it is a good hour plus drive from my location, the drive is very well worth the experience I had. The anesthesiologist, the day of surgery, took the time to listen to my past experiences of being put under for surgery. This was the first time ever I have recovered from a surgery without being sick to my stomach from the anesthesia. And it made a world of difference in the recovery process. Also, one thing that stood out was the beautiful prayer Dr. Nguyen said for me before surgery. I recently lost both of my parents a few months apart in 2024 and that prayer meant more to me than I can ever express. That was definitely the cherry on top. Heavenly plastic surgery is definitely a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone considering cosmetic procedures.
