Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this plastic surgeon unless you want a botched job unfortunately I went in for A breast augmentation, And unfortunately, Resulting with butchered Ariola's, way too high profile Ariola's, and too much under boob. Unfortunately, I will have to get tattooed to get the shape of my Ariola's fixed. I'm so embarrassed by the job And wish I never went to this office. I even gave the opportunity for Dr. Kotis or his other Surgeon the opportunity to revise it, But they decided to go the route of dismissing me by ignoring my calls. I even tried to communicate by email with Cindy and they kept telling me that the office will be in contact with me. There was no care to help me fix their mistake. After eight months of leading me on, I decided to not even give them the opportunity or chance to conduct surgery on me because I don't trust this office at all after how I was treated. If you go in for a consult, you'll wait over an hour. Christine and Christina, the nurses were so unprofessional By making empty promises and not willing to work with me to fix their mistake of Dr. Kotis. The office wasted my time. I will not be recommending this office. I'm so hurt and disappointed. I would be happy to share photos, but unfortunately, I'm too embarrassed.

This review is based on my consultation alone. I want to preface by saying Dr. Kotis was NOT the surgeon conducting the consultation so it likely may not reflect the practice when Dr. Kotis is back in practice. Also important to note is that my consult was for gender affirming surgery rather than a cosmetic procedure and many of my critiques and concerns will not apply to those looking for other procedures. I absolutely love my results of my procedure. I am 6 weeks out and feel completely back to myself, but better! My results are exactly as I hoped, and recovery has been shockingly easy. Doctor Kotis is a wonderful listener and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone along the way was so wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with my results! I had the worst experience at Dr Kotis’ office. I had a dimpleplasty done on both of my cheeks in August of 2022. Today, my left cheek does not have a dimple and my right cheek has a small hole right in my smile line that is visible when I don’t smile and disappears when I do smile. It ages me and looks absolutely horrible. Then I was talked into getting three Morpheus8 treatments and was sold some products by Anxhelina. These skincare products cost me over $350, I did not need them and two of them burned my sensitive skin. When I came in for my second treatment a month later I was told Anxhelina was fired for selling patients products that they did not need. When I shared my similar experience, nobody said anything to me. They didn’t offer me any money back, they didn’t offer to exchange my products for something else, nothing. I received my next two treatments and a year later, my skin looks worse than it did before I had the Morpheus8 done. It melted fat in my skin and now my face is sagging. They told me it would tighten my skin and it just did just the opposite. I wasted over $4600 here. My husband is so disappointed in me and I’m upset with myself. I trusted Dr Kotis and he failed me! I would never recommend him to anyone.

Highly disappointed, I do not recommend Dr Kotis. Paid for a breast augmentation and a lift and in the end, got the augmentation but only a partial lift, not a good visual now with larger sagging breasts. He offered to fixt it, but of course at an extra cost. What a bad experience.
