I called. Made an appointment. Someone called me back the next day. The girl that called back said I just want to go over numbers so you’re not too surprised. I’m like ok—Shouldn’t be too surprising. I already got one quote from another practice so I figured they should be about in the same range. She said for a breast lift/augmentation they run from $12k-$17k WITHOUT including anesthesia yet. I was like whoa. That’s a bit out of range from a quote that I got on the Mainline and that had lipo included and anesthesia and it was under $12k. She proceeds to go yea I guess you would like me to cancel then huh? Well if that’s how you proceed to try not to get clients—then yess. Please cancel. She goes yea I thought so 🫣🫣. I hope that these surgeons realize you are in Exton, PA not California . I’m sure the work is great and I’d never want to pay a low price and get butchered. But I can assure you the phone call was not handled properly. Huge turn off. Hope you use this as some training tool for the future. **FOLLOW UP FROM THE REPLY. It had nothing to do with the cost. It was how your staff assumed the price would be out of range. I just had a consult yesterday with a board certified plastic surgeon in Berks. Quote was $13750 for lift and augmentation. I didn’t bat an eye and I’m booking for this month. Your staff handled the call absolutely incorrectly and now she’ll be getting my business. I didn’t even get in the door for you all to win me over as a client. Let your work and expertise speak for itself to justify the cost—especially in this economy.
